Course Description
In this session we will introduce you to the necessity of robust Questionnaires, for both Weddings and Funerals and consider ways to streamline the process of collecting and collating information from families and couples. A fun and informative session with student participation. OBJECTIVES: · You will gain full understanding of the Celebrant’s role when interviewing clients · You will recognise why a robust questionnaire is a vital part of their toolkit. · You will consider the components and design of questionnaires. · We will explain and explore different methods of information collection. · We will offer tips for writing interesting and factual funeral eulogies and wedding love stories. After the session you will receive a CPD certificate for this session as it has been certified by the CPD Certification Service. This will be sent on completion of the session. Please bring along writing equipment for notes and a drink. We will have a mid-session break. The room will be open from 9.55 am for a 10 am prompt start
